Below are some excerpted "deleted" notes from an early draft of a "so-called artist bio."
A series of works on papers thematically involving usually a lone horse upon a landscape sifts through mythos, symbols and americana. The horse made the United States. The horse traveled humans upon the roads and the voracious wildness of wilderness. The horse ploughs the field. The horse is the one who guides the messenger. The horse is the conduit that takes the messenger, divine or of this world.
The horse affirms progress travel, change and the eternal pursuit of elusive gnosis.
Elusivity amongst all the kinetics and dormants.
